About 200 people attended the event open to any profession and field of expertise to find out about the needs and offers of companies in Gipuzkoa. It was attended by driving-force companies, R&D centres and newly formed enterprises.
What Gipuzkoa Talent is seeking to do is to draw to the province the human capital that has departed for other regions and countries in the quest for work opportunities over the last few years. It is hoped that people working abroad, who have broad international experience and a high level of training can be drawn.
IK4’s participation in this initiative is part of its strategy to draw talent; it is thus aiming to incorporate into the centres technologist profiles mainly specialising in engineering, physics, chemistry or biology.
